GENERAL PRICING

While Skyfox Games strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that order cancellations due to an error of ours are not subject to any penalties.
Due to the fluctuations in the marketplaces of collectables and TCG's, pricing for items and pre-orders are subject to change to match these fluctuations.

FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE FOR STORE PICK-UP

Most online orders will have a 24 to 72 hour processing time. This completion time may be subject to increases due to any unforeseen circumstances.
TCG singles orders processing times may vary.
Please wait until you have received your "ready for pick-up" notification email(s) before you call, or come to the store to pick up your orders. Orders are not available for pick-up until we send these notifications.
We offer no rush order services at this time.

TCG SINGLES SALES

All sales for TCG singles are final sale. There will be no refunds issued for the cancellation of TCG Singles orders or pre-orders.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept exchanges on unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be accompanied by a receipt and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Orders for TCG Sealed Product (including pre-orders) may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% to 25% at the store's discretion.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on booster boxes, packs, pop figures or TCG singles.


SEALED PRODUCTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE CONSIDERED IN MINT CONDITION.
All sealed products (including collectibles) may have minor box damage/wear or shrink wrap defects based on manufacturing/shipping errors before we receive them, and are considered to be Near-Mint.
We strive to provide high quality products to our customers, however some elements may be outside of our control.

Skyfox Games will happily provide photos of higher-end items ($50+ CAD) if you would like to see the product before purchasing/shipping.

QUANTITY LIMITS

Skyfox Games reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied to an existing order.

HIGH VALUE ORDERS OVER $500

If the value of your order is $500 or more (before taxes), you will need to present the credit card used for the purchase in addition to your ID in order to pick up your order. The name and address on your credit card must match the information on your ID, and both must match the information provided on the order. If this is your first purchase with us and your order exceeds $500 we may refund the purchase at the time of pickup and ask for you to pay in person as an additional security measure.


TCG SINGLES - INVENTORY ERRORS

In the event a TCG Singles order can not be fulfilled to the exact copy of a card, due to any reason, we will provide a different copy of the card ordered that has the same rarity, condition, art, and relative pricing.
As an Example: The Yu-Gi-Oh! card "Torrential Tribute" comes in many sets.
If you ordered a near-mint copy from "YS17-EN035" and we could not fulfill that exact copy, we will substitute a near-mint copy from "YS18-EN037" as they fulfill the requirements of same rarity, price, and art.

ABANDONED ITEMS

Skyfox Games will hold items registered for in store pickup for at least 30 days before they will be considered abandoned items and will be reclaimed by us. In the event you are unable to pick up your order within those 30 days, please contact us to ensure your items will not be considered abandoned.
All customers will receive a final notice 7 days prior to reclamation, notifying them that this process has begun.
No refunds will be issued for orders once this reclamation process has begun.
If customers are physically unable to pick-up their orders from the store, we are able to offer shipping for the orders at the customers expense.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued to an account under the recipient's name. Store credit must be used by the person associated with the account. We require a piece of photo ID for the use of store credit and cannot accept any other form of identification. Receipts are not an acceptable alternative to photo ID.

Store credit is not transferable.

MISSING PIECES

If a game you purchased from us has missing or damaged components, please contact the game's publisher for replacements. Most publishers have a contact page and will be able to ship you replacement pieces free of charge. If you need help getting in touch with a publisher, please let us know and we can direct you to the appropriate contact.

CONSENT TO DIGITAL MEDIA PRESENCE THROUGH SKYFOX GAMES

By entering our store and/or participating in our events you consent to having your photo taken and used by Skyfox Games for promotional materials used on Skyfoxgames.com and it's extended social media accounts.
